Shipping Costs
Shipping is free to UK over £60, otherwise, it's a £10 flat rate.
How Do I Track My Order?
You'll receive an email with tracking link immediately, however, the link will only activate when your order clears customs with Royal Mail - usually 4-5 days after your order is placed.
Where do you ship from?
All UK orders are shipping from our international warehouse in Hong Kong. Click here to read why we do this.
Processing Times
The approximate timelines are as follows:
- All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Orders arrive in UK after another 48 hours
- Processing by Royal Mail takes 1-2 days
- Final mile delivery is approx. 2-5 days depending on where you live

Why do we ship from Hong Kong and not UK?
It's a great question and we aim for 100% transparency in everything we do.
We ship from Hong Kong for two primary reason:
1. We can ensure the correct dosage for efficacy, as per human clinical trials (limitations around MHRA guidelines often prevent supplements from having optimal dosages)
2. All NMN, Resveratrol and TMG is first physically produced in China anyway, regardless of where it's end-packaged (this allows us to keep our supply chain lean and pass savings onto the customer).
We know safety and purity are front of mind for everyone, which is why we do 3rd party batch testing with an independent US lab. We upload these certificates to our website's product and FAQ pages, so you can physically see them without having to take our 'word' for it.
